Email care@zerodour.lk or call 0777 701 000 with your order phone number, a description, and clear photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and explain the available replacement, return, or refund route.
Safety
Do not return a leaking item by ordinary post. Keep it upright and away from heat, children, and animals while waiting for instructions.
